Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process implementing innovative sourcing strategies
- Work closely with the hiring team to define job requirements, candidate profiles and handle hiring day-to-day activities
- Conduct thorough candidate assessment to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts
Requirements
- 3-6 years of proven experience in 360 recruitment with expertise hiring non-technical positions
- Experience with candidates hard and soft skills assessment
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, sourcing strategies and market best practices
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage hiring team
- Strong sense of responsibility and results orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards
- Adaptability, willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details with a focus on delivering a candidate-centred experience
Will be a plus
- Expertise hiring on international markets
- Experience conducting competency based interviewing, or using STAR, PARLA methodologies
