Responsibilities
- Performing system and application updates
- Managing tickets and prioritizing tasks
- Providing user support by resolving issues
- Procurement equipment and conducting audits to ensure compliance
Requirements

1+ year of commercial experience as System Administrator (MacOS)

Experience with Mattermost and Slack
- Knowledge of backup systems
- Knowledge of antivirus software
- Knowledge of network diagnostic programs
- Proficiency in mail software
- Experience in maintaining office equipment and providing user support
- Knowledge of network security concepts, including configuring firewalls, setting up VPNs, and implementing intrusion detection systems
Will be a plus

Experience in supporting VoIP

Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, CRM, and HRM systems

Knowledge of the Greek language
