Responsibilities
- Daily recording of business transactions related to payments for non-resident companies in accounting and management systems
- Working with international payment systems, processing invoices, and other payments
- Reconciling payments and account balances on a daily and monthly basis
- Preparing reports on account balances
- Completing forms for payment systems and banks
- Communicating with banks regarding payment processing issues
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an Accountant or as an Assistant Accountant
- Experience working with banks and accounting for bank accounts and cash transactions
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and advanced skills in spreadsheets
Will be a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software (1C, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Experience working with non-resident companies in jurisdictions such as Cyprus, Malaysia, or the Seychelles
- Experience with international payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT)
