Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with business goals and global market trends
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, traditional, PR) that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Build and manage a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering growth, ownership, and professional development
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, campaigns, and communications
  • Analyze performance metrics (brand awareness, engagement, ROI, etc.) and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment
  • Oversee content strategy and supervise creation of engaging and brand-aligned materials
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decisions and enhance positioning
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute brand initiatives at scale and with impact
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across SEO, SEM, email, and social platforms for optimized performance
  • Drive innovation by testing new tools, trends, and marketing techniques that give the brand a competitive edge
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on brand health, campaign results, and strategic priorities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, with proven success in developing and leading high-impact strategies
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Experience in planning and managing multi-channel campaigns, including digital, traditional, and social media.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, marketing platforms, and Excel to evaluate KPIs and campaign effectiveness
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct research on competitors, consumer behavior, and trends to inform brand positioning
  • Social Media Management: Skilled in managing and optimizing social media strategies, content creation, and audience engagement across key platforms
  • Content Strategy: Experience developing and managing brand-aligned content across web, blogs, emails, and social media
  • Project Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive execution of marketing initiatives
  • Brand Guidelines & Consistency: Skilled in developing and maintaining brand standards across all marketing touchpoints
  • Budget Management: Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend to maximize ROI
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to oversee content quality

  • Experience in fintech or finance sectors
