Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Ensuring long-term success by effectively managing client accounts.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establishing rapport and acting as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Customer Needs Handling: Addressing individual customer needs and concerns.
  • Sales Development: Proactively seeking new opportunities, suggesting improvements, and identifying areas for growth.
  • Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on accounts, transactions, and sales performance.
  • Target Tracking: Monitoring and tracking sales account targets to measure progress.
  • Alignment with Objectives: Ensuring that sales activities align with and contribute to overall company objectives

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in account management, client relationship or any relevant client-facing roles
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both within the company and externally.
  • Demonstrated track record of proactive sales and business development skills.
  • High level of reliability and integrity in professional conduct.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced global environment, catering to diverse client profiles.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with knowledge of sales metrics.
