Key Account Manager Partners
Remote, Middle East and North Africa | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Building and managing a portfolio of company partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones
- Handling partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
- Formulation market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, and event teams
- Participate in related industry and partner events in the form of expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions (a low to moderate level of short-term travelling may be involved)
- Retaining existing partners and helping them achieve new levels
- Reaching KPI targets set by the manager. Desire to exceed targets
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company would be a plus
- Experience of achieving results on international markets
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients (retail and institutional)
- Leadership Skills and holistic Business Development vision
- Proven track record of proactive Sales and Business Development competency
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment
- Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus
- Proficiency in English language
